2019 Students of Distinction

On April 26th, 2019 the Psychological Science department honored twenty-five students at our Annual Students of Distinction Ceremony. To be honored as a student of Distinction, a student must be nominated by a faculty member in the Department of Psychological Science and selected by a recognition committee. Students are nominated by the faculty because of their distinctive accomplishments in either academics, research, or service. Within the group of Students of Distinction this year were students with outstanding classroom performance, impressive contributions to faculty research, students with research presentations at national conferences, students that started a student organization for transfer students, students that started a program where other students in need could get clothing for an interview, and another that started a program for providing jackets to those that could not afford them.

A big congratulations to all of our 2019 Students of Distinction, we are so proud of you!
