McGonagle, Alyssa

I am a Professor of Psychological and Organizational Science, Affiliate Faculty at the Violence Prevention Center, and Program Director for the Industrial-Organizational Psychology Master’s Program at UNC Charlotte. My research focuses on worker health, safety, and well-being, with a special emphasis on workers with chronic health conditions and other disabilities.
