I am an Industrial Organizational Psychologist and spent several years in the corporate and consulting worlds before becoming a Professor. My primary areas of interest are the Psychology of Women and Gender, and Multicultural Psychology. I currently teach undergraduate courses in these areas at Charlotte. I’ve also taught courses on Social Psychology, Developmental Psychology, the Psychology of Interpersonal Relations, Statistical Analysis, and Research Methods for Georgia State University and the University of Georgia. I love introducing students to these fields in Psychology.

Potential Teaching Assistants for my courses should e-mail me for an application.
