The Department of Psychological Science, in close partnership with Communication Studies, Management, and Sociology, offers a Ph.D. in Organizational Science. Organizational Science is an interdisciplinary field of inquiry focusing on employee and organizational health, well-being, and effectiveness. This research-oriented program has roots in the following disciplines (in alphabetical order): Human Resources Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Communication, Organizational Sociology and Social Psychology.
